    20FOUR7VA has grown with every single iteration of my company from its literal founding to this very day. When you sign up they'll assign you an account manager (Johan and Chin are fantastic...responsive, thoughtful, highly skilled, and resourced). Then, they'll essentially interview YOU to find out exactly what you need. Next, they send you detailed profiles of contractors at various levels of expertise and help you choose a great fit. Soooo helpful if you're a new or seasoned business owner, whether you're looking for one executive assistant or a media relations team! They monitor your new staff *with* you! They keep their rates competitive. Each 20FOUR7VA representative I've worked with has been a long term contractor and has been absolutely essential to our growth and stability. Having been in this game for 10 years, I find that 20FOUR7VA is my go to agency and I fel 100% confident recommending them to all of my colleagues. They're actually essential. Reach out to them.     The support team at 20four7VA is responsive and they try to be helpful. Unfortunately, I have not had very good experiences with their VA's. I've used several but I was not impressed with any of them. I am not sure if there is much coaching going on for the VA's but I keep hitting the same challenges with mine. I think they are great for simple straight forward tasks like data entry, photo/video editing, etc. but anything that is more complex and requires more creativity and out of the box critical thinking are often too challenging for them. I have an e-commerce business on Amazon which is a bit more niche but my VA has been working for me for years and still has a hard time keeping up with routine tasks. Communication with the VA is challenging since many don't like to work US time. Those who are willing to hop on a call don't have a quiet room to take the call in. Everyone in the Philippines live in close quarters with their relatives so there is not too much privacy and you can hear lots of background noises and chickens in the background. Not sure if 20four7VA offers office space but that would be helpful for the VA's to work out of.
