      Getting charged and refunded from a business that *** never used never visited their website or even heard of them. It seems lots of people are getting charges from Bluemercury based on Reddit reviews. Very questionable business.

      I returned two items to Bluemercury a few weeks ago. I did not receive a receipt when I dropped off the item at a *** drop off location so I want to make it clear that I understand Im liable for not receiving a refund. I just want to communicate how poor the integrity of their customer service is. They first created a return label for the wrong items so I emailed them and let them know that. Their response was that theyre unable to fix return labels they issue but that theyd make a note of it. ? I returned the items a few weeks ago and they havent received the package. The tracking from the return label indicates the package was never picked up. I emailed customer service to let inquire about it. A customer service rep responded and said theyd look into it and get back to me in ***** hours. They never responded. So I called their customer service several days later and spoke to a different rep. **** was on Wednesday and she promised shed look into it to see if the package was somewhere in the warehouse and call me back by Friday. Never called me back. I made it very clear in email & on the phone that I had not gotten a receipt when dropping the package off. I emailed customer service again and explained that no one had followed through with responding. **************** responded and requested the confirmation receipt from when I dropped off the package. ? This is the same rep I had previously communicated with via email. I responded and let her know that Id already let them know multiple times that I hadnt gotten a receipt. So far no response to my last email. Great products but definitely lack of integrity in customer service.

      ******************, I have taken the time to review your interactions with our customer service team regarding your return. Our agents did correctly advise that we can't refund items that have not arrived at our warehouse. In our last communication, we advised that *** be contacted regarding the loss of the package and re-imbursement through them due to the loss package. They can work with you and your drop off location since a tracking receipt was not issued/requested.

      Bluemercury delivered me a package with broken glass all over it. They sent me a return label, I printed it out, and shipped it back to the via **** No refund was processed, I called and emailed and they confirmed they received the package and told me to wait ***** hours for it to process.I then get an odd email from a supervisor telling me they will not be refunding me so I call and ask what's going on and they reassure that ill be refunded.Time passes, no refund I email again and again they say to wait ***** hours and it'll be processed. By this time I've spoken to numerous "supervisors" who tell me it'll be refunded and to wait for it to process. I call a week later and ********* tells me they "lost" the package and there's nothing they can do. How does a company lose my $1,000 package after confirming it was delivered back to them and in their possession to "losing" it and taking no responsibility? *** can't do anything, after opening up two investigations - each of them closed without investigation, a supervisor informed me that ITS AGAINST THEIR CONTRACT TO INVESTIGATE. Bluemercury is disgusting, and absolute thieves. To make matters worse, ********* and ****** will mock, and laugh AT YOU during phone calls. Never been so disgusted with a business.

      Not sure if this company is intentionally racist against Asian guests, they send you expired skincare products, canceling your free gift package that promised in their promotion advertisement without sending any email notification. I'm waiting for my refund and an apology.

      I placed an order #2820262 worth of $ 460.30 on September 18th. I finally received a package consist of an order that wasn't mine on October 4th so I called the customer service, they said they will expedite the replacement immediately and in the meantime I will ship back the wrong package because there is no store nearby (There is only one inside Macys that does not accept returns). Today is October 7th and still received no updates so I called their customer service again to cancel the original order because it is just ridiculous to take 3 weeks of wait. This time, I was told "I must return the wrong package first before they can refund my original order because they don't know what is inside the package." What? (FYI, first, my original order was over $400, and the wrong order that I receive was not even a portion of that worth. Second, it is your staff's job to know what you shipped out in the first place. ) Most importantly the lady was so rude and questioned me: "Why are you so reluctant to return the package? " Well, I should ask you: Why are you reluctant to ship me the correct order? People have to work during the week and not everyone lives in NYC where there is a dropoff point within a block and two. I have to wait till weekend to drive miles just to drop it off which I DID TODAY. It is just ridiculous and rude how their customer service is, they put all the fault on the customer's side and shows no gesture of apology nor appreciation for being their long time customer. Honestly I am not sure if they are going to refund the original order because the information on the order slip shows no record of mine. There are so many reputable retailers out there and this is definitely the last time I will be shopping with Bluemercury.

      This is such a fantastic store if you go in person. Never ever order online. You will order something and it wont come for weeks and months and they will keep telling you its getting mailed in the next 24 hours (the warehouse is prioritizing your order) and it never does. They will blame excuses like a big promotion backing up their warehouse, moving warehouse locations, lack of staff etc. If you can't handle mailing out items in a timely fashion, maybe you simply shouldn't sell online. I also chose two day shipping and its been a month with no updates. At this point, I dont even want anything anymore. Good luck reaching customer service too. It is so odd too because Macy's owns this company so I am unsure why they don't help with their warehouse issues.
