      I am having numerous and repeated problems with Capital Workspaces, Renter ID ******, regarding mail delivery, handling, and also invoices. For this specific complaint, I want to address the invoice portion only.April 1st invoice is incorrect. I reported it to Anytime, and Capital Workspaces refused to adjust.Every single month, I receive the same delivery forwarded to me, which costs me between $5 to $12. April Invoice charged for $25.45 for a 3/15 delivery that I get every month and normally costs between $5 to $12. Please adjust the price back to $5-12. Also, the item that she sent, was in the wrong packaging, and damaged. This is alarming. I contacted the Bethesda office about the damage and was told I'd be called back. I never was. $55.75 for a 3/4 delivery. I asked for a 2 day delivery, which should be $5 to $12. $12.50 would be the highest charge for this delivery, based on prior months invoices. Instead, ***** sent it overnight, which I never asked for. I asked her why she did this when I specifically asked for 2 days, and she blamed the time of day of my request, but I made the request with enough time, and have never authorized an over-night shipping before. The interaction with *****, and the charge, is improper.

      Good afternoon,

      Hope this email finds you well. Thank you for your follow-up and allowing us the opportunity to clear any confusion. 

      This is the first time we receive a complaint as here at Capital Workspaces, we strive to provide clients with exceptional customer service. We have long-term customers and return customers who appreciate how our team members go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.

      Regarding this particular complaint, although Capital Workspaces has fulfilled all the client's requests according to her instructions, we still issued the client the refund she requested. Despite the contradictory instructions we received from the client, our team members did their best to provide the client with satisfactory service.

      The client submitted an end-of-day request on a Thursday requiring an important package to be delivered to her on Saturday. One of the team members fulfilled the shipment using the best carrier available at the time the request was received to guarantee a Saturday delivery. 

      It is to be noted that once mail or packages leave our office, our company has no control over the state of the package received due to carrier handling.
