Ordered from the company ones put on a membership when I first receive my product missing items I was not happy The taste or the product would have never Dun a subscription I just want my money back have the product its unopened I can ship it back I really just want my money backInitial Complaint

A transaction went through saying I had ordered more of their product, when I hadn't. When I tried to log in to look into that transaction, it wouldn't allow me to log in. I have tried several times to do a password recovery, but only get errors or repeated emails to "set up" an account. Yes, I am using the same email they sent the bill to, so it's not my error here. Now I have no way to log in and cancel further unwanted purchases, and no way to cancel my account altogether. There is no contact number on their site. I want my account gone. I don't want anything more to do with this company.Initial Complaint

I ordered some healthy smoothies. They said you could cancel without risk. I could not taste them due to Covid and asked them to cancel. They told me I could cancel but I would still receive two more shipments. I thought I was done and had cancelled. They acknowledged my cancellation. Then, they charged my account after a few months another $160 and sent me another shipment. They did send an email telling me it was coming, but I am a pandemic teacher with two email accounts and did not see it in time. They will not refund my money. i have spent over$320 on these tasteless shakes. I want a refund on the last $160 charge and i want them ro erase my name from their system. Their ******** page and website says its easy to cancel no risk!
