            They're CROOKS. In December I signed up for their Compounding Sterile Preparation Certification class. At first I was under the impression that the class expired in 2024 but it expires April of 2022. I've completed all the course work and I'm ready to be video myself performing competency activities. The problem is that I need to complete these skills in an ISO class 5 (clean air) compounding pharmacy or hospital. I spoke with a lady named Emma that let me know that they're not responsible for providing the required setting. I need to find one by April (13 days) or I forfeit all my money ($445 for the class + $300 for the materials I purchased to perform the test). She then told me that this was my fault because I didn't read the course catalog. When you click on catalog, it just offers different classes and prices. The only thing that I was clear on is I had to be an active pharmacy tech and that I had to pay for the class. So, I'm out of my money and I've wasted my time with ASHP: the CROOKS.
