I parked my vehicle in your facility for about 15 minutes. I chose not to validate the ticket to get free parking because I was ok with paying a couple dollars. When I tried to exit, the ticket machine did not work correctly and couldn't read my ticket. As a result, I was charged the full price of 23 dollars for what should have been a minimal charge for a short visit.I called your customer service line to fix the issue, but the representative couldn't correct the charge. They insisted I had the wrong ticket. During this time, other drivers behind me grew increasingly impatient and began honking and yelling, which made the situation even more distressing. I felt extremely pressured and embarrassed, and I had no choice but to pay the full amount to exit the parking deck and alleviate the growing tension. This experience was very frustrating and inconvenient. I followed all the rules and parked for a very short time, yet I was charged unfairly and subjected to unnecessary stress.

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are very disrespectful and do not value your time what so ever. The main gate keeper at the mainline number is very disrespectful and obnoxious.
