      The app did not work on my iPhone. An error message said it could not determine which app to use. I reinstalled and got the same result.

      If I could give a lower score for HOMESNAP I WOULD! I signed up for HOMESNAP PRO and the next thing that happened was my most recent 10 reviews which I had worked so hard to get were deleted. Homesnap blamed GOOGLE and despite numerous attempts to get them back NO ONE LISTENED OR CARED TO HELP AT ALL!! DELETED MY 10 MOST RECENT REVIEWS MAKES IT LOOK LIKE I HAVE HAD NO BUSINESS SINCE 2020 or 2019 DEVASTATED MY REALTOR BUSINESS!

      Homesnap is terrible. They kept charging my card after I sent TWO emails asking them to cancel my subscription. I would never recommend this company to any of my real estate peers and will be sure to share my horrible experience with this company.

      Fraudulent!! I signed up for a TRIAL period, when that trial came to an end they auto renewed my account with new policies and prices that I never agreed to!! When I attempted to cancel my account they told me I still have to pay $39.99 for another 8 months!! I never agreed to these new policies or pricing let alone a renewal!! This company is fraudulent!! I called to state my case and they couldn't of cared less, (they conceded, their policies changed after I had signed up for my trial) and denied my request to immediately cancel my account with no future charges. I requested they forward my case to their management. With that they responded they would contact me... still waiting for that... clearly do not care about customer satisfaction either!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

      I tried the Pro+ service and at first it was ok and then it devolved to horrible. I cancelled that and I am now locked into an an annual program that is bleeding me at $39.99 per month until my next renewal period. I have contacted them numerous times and the only info I can get from them is that I have to WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR to cancel. They are holding to their contract language so I will continue to point out that their service is junk and they are crooks.

      Multiple times unauthorized charges to my credit credit even after “resolving” the issue twice. They promised that it wouldn’t happen again and now 4 weeks later it’s happened again! I can’t even figure out how to remove my payment info from my profile.

      I first started using HomeSnap in 2021 & 2022 - when interest rates were low & real estate was strong. I received one or two solid leads. After my first year the quality & supply of any real leads vanished. They were randomly sending me buyer leads from any city in Florida - located 3 -6 hours from where I live (I am not going to drive 3-6 hours to show a property). Then...even when I would contact this "lead" the emails were always fake & the phone numbers never worked. Initially when I first signed up with HomeSnap my "Concierge" was calling me to review my leads. Now I am not able to reach my "Concierge" via phone or email, no matter how hard I try. Their system's Artificial Intelligence Bot tries to qualify leads & then 10 days after their AI Bot has been contacting a completely non-responsive lead they will send the lead to you & tell you it is a qualified lead in your pipeline. This is after they have been calling, texting & emailing this lead for 10 days with zero response. This way they can say they are giving you leads. What good is a 10 day old non-responsive lead? It is worthless. You have to follow up with these leads immediately. It seems as if though since real estate has slowed down, maybe the company is trying to go public or get bought out....so they have cut their costs & work force drastically & don't have any real people screening leads - just an AI BOT that sends you the leads 2 weeks late. So even if you had a potential lead - if you don't call them within 1-2 hours they have moved on to another Realtor. I would advise you to not waste your $. I also cancelled in writing & they continued to charge me 6 months later! I tried to remove my credit cards from their platform & their system wouldn't let me. I called in to ask them to cancel (even though I had already cancelled in writing 6 months prior) & they would not let me talk anyone & offered to have a manager call me back. I literally had to cancel my credit card for them to stop charging me.

      I signed up for this service for a whole year and it did nothing to enhance or grow my social media page, my page finally started to grow when I brought my husband on to help run it. I paid homesnap a whole year and then because I failed to cancel not knowing when my renew date was they re upped me for a year when I called them to tell them I did not want their service and I did not want to pay for another year they refused to let me out of the deal -This is horrible policy to make a agent who clearly is not happy with your services pay for a whole other year just so you can keep making a buck off hard working person!

      Homesnap used to be a great company until it was acquired. Now it is a company that holds Google Business Profiles hostage. Extremely frustrating. Now getting the run around and not receiving any resolution on releasing my account. Homesnap, do the right thing. Please release my Google Business Profile

      This company needs to be shut down for fraud and scam, they charge your card without your permission and refuse to cancel it, even if you change your card they still charge you and claim you have to wait a year yo cancel the subscription. How is the government allowing this company to be in business?
