Had Todd and Amelia to my house today to install a condensate pump. to fix an air conditioner problem and to fix an outside hydrant leak. They were both kind and professional and completed the job in a faster time then was estimated.Todd was the primary worker and thought the project thru saving me money off of the original quote. Overall the completed project looked great with no unforseen issues. I have used Tri- County before and will continue to use them as needed. Overall great company and a good resource.

I work abroad and my wife and kids were at home when suddenly the water stopped working. We didn’t know what to do or who to call. My wife tried talking to electricians and plumbers but none of them could fix it and said it was a well pump issue and they couldn’t help. We are new home owners and not familiar with these things so my family went without water for almost 2 weeks until... I randomly Googled “well pump companies” and saw that “Tri County Pumps” had amazing reviews so I called them. They were the kindest and most understanding company I’ve ever worked with. They got there exactly when needed and fix everything and had qualified electricians and plumbers onsite while fixing our pump and did everything step by step with us so we could understand. Their entire staff from owners to admin to on-the-job workers were beyond amazing to work with and they made it so easy. Even from 1,000’s of miles away. I wish I could give them more stars. On September 8 2021, I called to schedule a septic pumping. I was told it would be October 29th, and booked the appointment. On October 25th, I received a call stating that they did not service my area for septic, however they do service my well equipment. They waited a month and a half to tell me they couldn't service me. The person answering the phones clearly doesn't know what services they provide because they should've said booking the service wasn't an option for me. There clearly is no audit mechanism in place to evaluate appointments made. To make matters worse, the closest service date I can now get with another company is 3 months from now. Had they told me immediately, I would have been able to book another appointment somewhere else much sooner and wouldn't be waiting til January hoping that nothing bad happens in the meantime.

I had used Tri-County Pump services since December 2019 and was satisfied with their service until just last week. On October 7th I had Tri-County install a new sink and faucet (that I had purchased separately) and also had a new water valve installed on the main bathroom commode. We also had a leak problem in the commode in our 1/2 bath. The valve, sink and faucet were all completed satisfactorily but they only 'adjusted' the water level in the commode tank. After paying $532 for the service they stated to give them a call if there was still a problem with the 1/2 bath commode. Within 24hrs the 1/2 bath commode started to drip again so I called and they came back. They said it was an overflow from the commode drain that was causing the dripping sound into the pipe below the commode. This was normal but they failed to think of this on their first trip here. They were here for 7 minutes and didn't do anything else however when they got ready to leave I was informed that they had to charge me an $85 trip charge. I paid the fee and then called to Tri-County (Boonsboro, MD) and said I think this is an unfair charge. I was given to a manager who said he would talk to the men that came to our house and find out what they did and then he would call me back. Nine days later, no phone call, yet my checking account showed they had cashed the $85 check. So much for customer service!! In 22 months I had spent $3436.65 with this company and, until last week, was satisfied with all their work. Now I see they are just another big business with money as their only concern. So Sad.
