On June 6, I paid $250 for braids. While in the salon, the style needed to be redone due to poor quality. Someone else fixed my hair, so I left because it looked fine. Two weeks later and the style is falling out and unraveling, meaning the ends of my hair are no longer being protected and the style itself is falling out. This style should last 2-3 months. After calling the owner, she said she understood and said that I should submit photos of my hair for proof. I did, and called back, she claimed that their policy is only to provide refunds within 2 days. It does not say that anywhere on the website and is completely made up. The owner is running a scam. I would like a complete refund as my hair is not salvageable and needs to be redone.Initial Complaint

On Sunday May 14,2023. Branders from this establishment spilled boiling hot water on me when finishing my hair. I paid about 10 min prior to them burning. I contacted the owner once the burns started to welt on Monday May 15,2023. She apologized and offered me money back. After that I haven’t heard from her since, I have called, texted and still not received my money. At least they can pay for my doctors visit, now I have welts on my back from this establishment.Initial Complaint

On march 31st of 2023 I went to get my hair braided at Nadines . On their website it guarantees that youll have your hair finished in 3 hours or less. I got there at **** and left at **** and she still was not done . I had to finish braiding my own hair at home . I would like a full refund because this is not the style I wanted and a lot of my hair is left out . I was constantly being bumped on the leg by other employees walking by with no apology. She was consistently yanking my head . She was on her phone and several people who came in after me got the same style and left before me. I would like a full refund or a redo at lilys salon. The owner tried giving me a sob story saying her sister in law drowned on a boat. Also them walking around smacking each others butts and getting poked in the eye with a sharp rat tail comb and her finger. I even told her to ask someone to help her and nobody did . It sounded like they were talking about me but was unsure due to different language. Owner is now not answering the phone. Only gave me a $20 discount for being there for 7 hours and having to finish my own hair at home .
