            Invalon ********************** wants me to pay for three months of services they have not rendered. I have not requested these services and they will not be performed. I informed Inovalon ********************* on March 29,2023 that I do not want to use their medical billing services and in fact have not used their website to send in a claim for at least the month of March 2023.They sent me a contract that is dated 5/27/2014 that I did not sign. In fact, I have been a customer of theirs since 2007. The contract they sent me has a termination clause that states they are entitled to 90 days of payments beyond the cancellation date. During the 90 days they would be billing me for services they do not perform, and I have not requested. You would think that after being their customer for 15 years they would have a more just way to conclude the relationship. Instead, they ask for payment for services they dont perform, and I dont want.I can also see that there have been many other BBB complaints against Inovalon ********************* for the same issue.

            I had a virtual personal health visit. I have a paper saying if you do this they will send you $50 gift card that you will receive within ***** days. My visit was in November, so I thought I will get this gift card by or around Christmas. I finally called them on Jan 22, and they said I had to wait another 30 days. I called them again on Feb. 27 and told to wait 30 days again. They were having some issue with the gift cards, I don't know what kind of issue. I called again on April 2, and was told the issue was resolved and I should have the gift card within ***** days. Still waiting. I'm starting to wonder if they have any intention of sending me this. I said I'll wait 15 days( which it's been a little longer than that) and I'm getting a hold of you guys, BBB. If I'm a very unhappy customer, why can't someone get off they're behind and drive to ******* to get the card and mail it to me? I would have had it by now.
