    11/7/2022 I paid $4,480 which was the remainder of $4,890 for my aunts headstone . I was told it would be down in a matter of 8 weeks. I called for an update she said it shouldn’t be too much longer. I called and never got her on the phone again only voicemail. I had to go in person several times and requested the manager to call me personally and she has not called. Went today 2/03/23 and she was hiding and never came out after waiting almost 2 hours to speak with her. I got a call from the order’s department saying it’s still in draft and I need to approve it meaning it’s not even in process yet and it’s supposed to be down by now. Managers are refusing to contact me and speak with me about the matter . I also just had arm surgery and still came to the facility to speak with the manager ****** *****. Once my money was taken I haven’t heard anything back. I was guaranteed that if I pay in for that, they would start making it immediately. Also there’s supposed to be a temporary marker on her grave site but there’s nothing, I was promised that would be there on Monday that just passed and I went on Friday and there’s nothing there.i spoke with someone about this and she said it should be down now so I drove by prior to leaving and still nothing.

    Working with them has been the worst experience of my life, it's like they're rubbing my mothers death in my face. I've worked with 3 different counselors due to the lack of responses and the downright disrespect and disregard for my loss. I've also worked with a manager who did a good job of remedying the last problem when I switched counselors but it has gone down hill again. I put down a deposit for a bench but at this point I'm requesting a refund for all my money as I've been trying to get ahold of them for 3 weeks. I've left voices messages, texts, messages with assistants, and more with no reply once again. I really wanted to use fort Lincoln as my mother wanted to be near her father who is also there but with all that has gone on, I'll be getting a refund for my mothers bench and moving my grandfathers bench as well to my personal property as these people cannot be trusted. not to mention I requested service on my grandfathers bench months ago due to all the sticks around it and the back being in the wrong position and that still hasn't been taken care of, so much for their service guarantee which is what sold me on not buying my own bench and just buying the land. if I could cuss them out on here I would but I'll do that tomorrow when I show up with me cancellation notice and refund request.
