I checked in this business on 5/14/22 and still here I've paid a total through different agencies and myself total of 2,280$ when I checked in the sheets had hair and dirty because bed wasn't changed. Filthy walls graffiti on microwave floor with standing dirty and trash dead roaches. Because I'm homeless with my 2 autistic grandsons it was the cheapest. The verbal and emotional abuse I've encountered on top of being homeless is unbearable. I'm yelled at constantly and talked down to. No one cones to clean room and I'm denied vacuum and cleaning items to clean myself asked for lÃnea and was a dead smashed roach om it when I speak up for myself I'm told if I don't like it to leave. Roaches crawling in room walls are filthy with food everything running down wall I'm yelled at constantly my car was broken into 2 night ago I go to office and his response to this is what do you want me to do and cameras don't work. Comforter has not been cleaned on bed since I've been here and was told they don't have anymore matching ones and don't have time to wash the ones I have. Key stopped working which I'm paid until 6/23/22 agencies have been assisting with paying for our stay. Key stopped working went to office to get him to fix and he says I check out tomorrow at 11 when I tried to explain no he became irate yelling so I said get the paper work he refused says come back later bc he was doing his laundry (personal laundry)says come back later I'm a disabled senior and on second floor it hurts to do the stairs and I feel the issue should have been addressed then not yell and dismiss me. The verbal and emotional abuse is unbearable and being homeless I really don't have many options to go elsewhere I need help as to my right and what I can do please help. If at least a partial refund is issues I can leave which I'm y old on daily bases if I don't like to leave
