    . We moved in in February. We noticed gnats flying around and told the rental office immediately! They sent someone up here to tell us that we should pour bleach and boiling hot water down the sink every other day . We have invested in bottles of bleach and pour the solution down the sink every other day as told and we still have the issue . We bought traps in which it caught over 100 flies in the kitchen , bathroom and from under the vents . When I myself got them tested by a family exterminator they said they are fungus gnats and may be coming through the vents . I shared that with the rental office and they sent someone upstairs to spray the **** kitchen like I ain’t ask them if they could do something to vents (sounds a little incompetent to me). I refuse to eat dinner in my car every night because my food gets attacks by gnats they refuse to do **** about ! Amnesties the only thing you can use without issue is the **** pool. Grill is filthy and has pollen all over it , don’t take your dog to the dog park because they do not enforce people cleaning up their dog **** so there’s **** every where , the gate for the garage has been closed once in my 4 months of living here and neighbors have been complaining about getting there cars stolen / broke into. Cameras do not work and neither does the rental office . I attached a picture of one of the traps I put out that’s full of gnats over 100 gnats to the point they suck up the solution and make it dries it up . I’m frustrated ready to break my lease without penalty . I haven’t even paid half of my June rent because I’m over paying for something that’s not getting fixed !

    Where do I begin with this nightmare? From moving in I knew that management wasn’t on the same page. There will be times that the office is closed middle of the day or that they just don’t answer the phones in the main office. They can’t keep a stable staff, there are always new employees that don’t know anything. A big thing for me was the indoor pool; which is trash! It’s dirty and not heated. Only opened on the weekend, outside of summer hours because that’s when they’re supposed to have lifeguards but they NEVER have lifeguards. This is a super disappointment especially moving from a complex with an amazing heated pool all year long. They give you pool passes based on your occupants in your apartment but NOBODY checks to see if you have them. Parking: The parking garage has been broken for weeks. I don’t feel safe living here. They don’t have a keycard by major doors so tenants break the lock for convenience. The garage is dirty and the tow truck visits randomly; but not as much even with the garage being broken. If you need a parking pass and the office is closed you’re out of luck. The guest parking is ridiculous; they give you one parking pass and you have to go through the office for more. And you have to pay for visitor parking passes. They just told us the parking pass they issued doesn’t work and if we use it, our vehicles will be towed The neighbors: They’re ghetto!!! To pay $2500 you have neighbors throwing trash off their balconies, dirty mop water and everything in between. Leaving bags of trash in the hallways and garage. Some neighbors are extremely dirty!!! The biggest issue: January 18th Our apartment flooded. A child in the unit above us got a toy stuck in the toilet. We called the emergency line, Sage Ventures, every number we could find and NO ONE CALLED US BACK! The flood lasted at least 3 hours because there weren't proper emergency resources set in place.
