I signed a contract on Feb. 14, 2023 with Bus Charter Express for shuttle service on May 12, 2023 for my daughters wedding. I used one representative named ***************************** for all contact. I wired $315 from my bank on Feb. 13,2023 to the company. I contacted ******* again on May 2, 2023 and sent the remaining $735 via credit card payment to him directly with a payment form. I spoke to ******* on the phone and he said I was all set. On the wedding day, no bus showed up for our guests. I tried calling ******* but his phone disconnected my call. I called the bus company and they said that ******* no longer worked at the company and that he did not process the final payment or the paperwork. The man I spoke to assured me that I would have a bus for the return trip as our guests were stranded at the venue. He said he would correct the mistake but no bus ever appeared.Initial Complaint

Turn off the pandemic my trip in 2021 was canceled. This company refused to issue me a refund for the deposit of $1000.00. Instead they offered me a credit for another trip via email on 10/7/21. This credit it was explained is only Good for one year. Starting in April of this year (2022) I have attempted to use this credit. At each interaction on the phone I was told my reservation with them was good. I asked for contracts and was always told we will send it and it never arrives. When I send emails they go unanswered. Today I called as a person looking to book a new trip. The agent said it would cost $925.00. I explained I had a credit I was asked by who then placed on hold. Then I was told the new price was $1063.00 and was told they would send the contract in 10 minutes. I said to the agent I would hold on the line until I got the contract. The agent said he had to go because of other customers. 30 minutes have passed and no contract was emailed.
