The General Manager Irfan M**** is very rude and disrespectful to his customers that file rodent complaints. Instead of rectifying the issue, he puts you out of the hotel. My first night (December 2021) My shower was leaking so bad that it had water all over the floor. When I went to the check in desk, the young lady was nice enough to move myself and my family to another room. The next night myself and my son and I noticed a mouse running around in the room. When I called downstairs to the lobby, the young lady sent a Spanish man up who couldn't really understand me, which was frustrating but he tried to assist the best way he could. He was unable to catch anything, maybe because the mouse ran in the hole that was by the heating vent. I then went downstairs to le the young lady no that the "maintenance" guy was unable to catch the mouse. I was then advised by the young lady to speak with the GM. She stated that he will be willing to work with me on this mouse issue. The next morning I went downstairs to speak with the GM, Mr. Ifran M**** about the issue, and out of nowhere he started yelling at me, stating that they already moved me to another room and that if I did not like the hotel that I could leave, then he says " as a matter of fact, check out is at 11, get out of my hotel!" I never once, raised my voice, disrespect him. I then called the police because he was yelling. When the police came, they stated that unfortunately he has done this before to a guest because she complained about roaches. When I initially told Mr. M**** about the mouse, he stated that he can not control what rodents in the hotel. I told him that the comment that he made was unprofessional and how can we come up with a solution. He repeatedly told me to get out ( This was on Christmas Eve on top of that) The level of unprofessionalism was so, and still is baffling to me. We cannot continue to have this kind of disrespect from someone that is supposed to represent a major hotel chain.
