I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee for $25,000.00 on November 29, 2023, from Darcars Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Marlow Heights. It cut off 2 times for no reason while driving. I took it into the service department on December 16, 2023 and they could not find anything wrong with it. I took it back on December 18, 2023 and I was told it was a relay switch. I was given a rental for 2 days. It was supposed to be fixed. The same thing happened again so I took it back again on December 26, 2023. because the same thing happened again. I decided to trade it in. As a woman, I feel that I was taken advantage of. The salesman Dwayne C. H**** at Darcars of Marlow Heights, kept saying the transmission was going bad and I needed to get out of that vehicle. He said, “if I was you, I would get something else. What are you waiting on?” In the end, I didn't get the full amount of money for my Jeep that I paid and I had to pay $10,973.70 more for a 2021 Chrysler 300. If I could leave no starts I would.

Women beware I highly recommend you find another dealership.

Ridiculous, down right disgusting how they play with people. You never knows who knows what and you never know who is WHO. I am a female an even though it’s not right everyone knows it’s normal for dealerships or car places to think we as females naturally don’t know anything about what’s going on with our cars. The two car shops on this street are horrible. I think they come together at meetings and figure out ways how to scam the hard working people out here that they know they can take advantage of or atleast think they can. For the past year I have been watching them take advantage of my sister and she doesn’t even know. I have to go with her to make sure they don’t cheat her. I shouldn’t have to take off of work to do this because they don’t know how to talk and communicate with people. They keep her vehicle for weeks, never have any straight answers, her vehicle is in the shop every month. My mother and I help pay on the vehicle because they over charge for everything. Her service guy she can never get in touch with and he charges her for 1000 for everything. I have had 4 vehicles and I haven’t ever had someone tell me that. They never explain to her or find ways to get her car fixed. They make her buy all the parts from them instead of telling her where she can get it from to save money. If she says I don’t have it they basically tell her call back when she does. They make her pay for things that should be on them. Today took the cake the guy tried to sell her a car without knowing anything about anything and tried to sell her their worst cars hiding in the back. He tried to make her get a vehicle that had recalls on it. Plus it had electrical problems and cutting off in the middle of the road. But luckily I was there for a little bit to help or they would’ve sold her that car. I had to tell him to show her Vehicles on his computer. The 2 cars that he tried to sell to her were crappy and offered nothing she was asking for

Mike G Go anywhere else but here. I read the horrible reviews but went anyway. They are ALL true. 5/7/2023 took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for fluctuating temp gauge and revved up motor fan. Was 1st told that I needed a thermostat. I informed them that the thermostat had recently been replaced by Dealer. So after a 2nd thermostat check, I was told to disregard the thermostat. The problem was that my radiator was clogged. After some conversation about whether flush or replace, I authorized radiator replacement based on their recommendations. With a new radiator installed, still had the same problems. Service advisor said more tests need to be done. After 30 days of he said-she said, I was told that my engine was blown due to over heating. Keep in mind, that engine temp ran high but never actually over heated. A blown engine that starts with ease, no warning lights in dash, no engine light on and no codes present but still with a fluctuating temp gauge and a revved up motor fan. After a few choice words to the service supervisor/director and service advisor (Antwan) I had to pay $1,374 to get my car back. Furious don't even come close to describing the emotions I displayed that day.

I think they are the worst ever. They don't care about their customers. They are very rude and disgusting. I just brought my car in Nov. 2021. To have a problem with my radiator that was replaced took them from January 12 until January 19, 2022 and I have taken it back three times because the anti-freeze smell will kill you. So they just gave me my car back on February 8, 2022 again to have the same smell. I call the shop to clarity and Mr. Ron said we have done all we can do are you kidding me. Now it's lawyer up time. Crazy folks never take your car or purchase from this dealership in Darcars of Marlow Heights.
