First let me start off by saying that I was there for almost 5hours. I drove 1.36hrs to get there, was running late because I got lost alittle, but was still seen which I appreciate. I wanted a custom color, hydration treatment which my hair didn't seem very hydrated afterwards. I got a silk press and paid for extra lng which I don't think my hair was extra lng. Detox shampoo and a trim. Which was way over the price I thought it was very misleading in the prices. My color was not the color I wanted even after I showed her a picture. Not very please with my overall results and would not be returning or would not recommend. Please make sure you check their prices and you won't have any surprises. Just a quick update on my experience. My "Custom Color " is more bright on the right side and again the ends never took. It looks as if she rain out of color product. I was charged for my entire hair colored and it looks like my roots only were colored. Also, they added more money to the ticket card for extra long hair, my hair is long but not extra long. They also, charged me more money for the straight silk press for extra long hair, when my hair is not extra long and I only got roller set and blow dried she didn't even put a FLATIRON to my hair at ALL. Please please make sure you check the Google reviews and if you decide to go, no in advance how much you total amount would be. They changed and added to my ticket price that I originally had scheduled to make the price more expensive. I will never ever go back and would never recommend this place to anyone. I will drive to (Philadelphia) that's for sure to get my next appointment done. They Definitely won't disappoint me with my experience and or visit. I wish I would've went to Philly the first time around. And they don't practice Social Distancing they had everyone so close together under the dryer it should've been ever other hair dryer.!!!
