              I would like to follow up on the recent RemodelUSA ****** installation at my home. I am very disappointed to say that there are serious issues with the installation: I ordered and paid for biscuit colored ******** shower walls, bathtub and shower base. What has been installed, is unfortunately not as per contract. Instead I have an assortment of colors other than biscuit color, being used for different parts of the installation.I paid $35,000 for a quality installation of a reputable brand. I am very sorry to say that the installation is completely wrong, does not meet expectations and has to be redone.I request that you please take immediate steps to fix this issue.Thank you very much,

              I feel I got the short end of the stick with all these people giving positive reviews. If I could give lesser of a review than I would. From day one I felt like I was scammed as I was promised the utmost workmanship and quality. Unfortunately, I got completely the opposite. I purchased my home in December of 2023. Work was supposed to start after 3 weeks. After 3 weeks they delayed because of materials. No problem. Then our point of contact stopped all communication with us, despite us reaching out for status reports. After about one and half months a new point of contact reached out stating that we should consider changing our materials. When we stressed we didn't want to this delayed the process even more. Obviously because they couldn't get the materials that we agreed to. I reached out to the company and was told the ** of the company was going to call me, it ended up being the ** of sales and only thing he would repeat was well we have a signed contract. To the **s credit he did get the project started after he got involved. After near completion the contractors decided to take a break and have yet to return. It is now August and the project was supposed to complete by April. Somehow the ** of sales showed me a snapshot of their 5+ stars on BBB but that was listed under Remodel USA, INC. which I don't know what page he was looking at but I can't find any other company under this address except for this one which is not rated. Should I assume their was some Photoshop involved. I don't know. All I know is I have an incomplete kitchen in my home and don't know when it will be completed. I assume they are waiting for the warranty period to expire so they can walk away without doing any repairs from their own workers. But in the end, they can plan but God has a better plan. I feel sorry for this company that they feel the need to do such things to their customers to get by. My advice for anyone working with them is to 1) don't 2) absolutely don't 3) seriously don't.
