Date of Transaction 12/8/23 12:25 pm Invoice #******** work order #*** oil change- I told the man (manager) that took my truck ,that my drivers side window does not work and not to roll it down. I also asked if he could change a fuse, he said that he wouldn't have time, no other customers were present. After I payed, I walked to my truck, the gentleman with glasses said he rolled my window down and couldnt get it back up! I said that I told the man who took the truck not to roll it down the man with the glasses said he was not aware. I went back to the bay where April-associate and the manager (D) were standing and I told him that the guy rolled my window down after I asked him to make sure they didn't . He YELLED at me and said they didn't, that the window was already down, that was a lie, he saw that my window was rolled up as he took my car. He continued to yell at me with April standing there, he told her to give me my keys and get me out of there! and that he was going to look at the tape. I went to my car and the guy with the glasses and another man were trying to get my window back up and asked me to go inside to wait. April said the mgr was calling a mechanic that they use to solve issues , I asked her if he was the mgr she said yes and his name is D. I said why was he yelling at me in such a rude manner? she responded... I don't know, I think he misunderstood you. At that point the gentleman with the glasses came to inform me that they were able to get my window back up. I understand that mistakes are made, but what is unacceptable is the way the manager was yelling at me , it was rude, aggressive and unacceptable, he should have gathered his employees and asked who rolled the window down and then addressed me with a apology and a solution, instead of yelling at me debating the issue. As I stated above the gentleman with the glasses told me he rolled it down and wasn't aware that he couldn't. My experience was horrible and degrading by the manager .Business response

I would like to apologize for the delay -i am the new district manager for this location . I received this today and was able to contact MS ***** on 01/08/2024 @ 1:30 pm .
I apologized for the way she was treated on 12/08/2023 and asked her to return to a new manager and crew to check her cigarette lighter and will be mailing a certificate for a free service in the future .

March 19, 2022 89.00 Oil Change Did not tighten the oil pan Drain plug Which led to total oil loss Jiffy Lube tried to resolve the problem by replacing my 2017 Acura RLX Engine with a salvaged 2014 Acura RLX Engine ( which I personally think is Grand Theft Auto) without my knowledge or permission. I was in no way informed by call or text that they were totally replacing my engine. Jiffy Lube has given me rental cars while they have taken my car to an undisclosed Shop ( They wont give me he contact information for this shop either) and return my vehicle in the same condition ( various check engine lights have been coming up on my dashboard since this situation started). Jiffy Lube is not trying to acknowledge they replaced my engine ILLEGALLY without my being informed or even seeking my permission, they replaced my engine and actually did not even tell me, I found out when I picked my car up from one of their employees, they weren't even going to tell me. I was refused the owners information and kept in the dark until I started to find out and ask questions. Please Help me. They even tried to give me a 3 year warranty on the engine that they illegally put into my vehicle. I have attached a report from Norris Acura that basically breaks down all the above information and they can be contacted as well to help provide any additional information needed.Initial Complaint

5/25 I took my jeep in at noon for an oil change and they said I needed a battery and I agreed to get one after they took the old battery out and put a new one in,my truck would not start! they put me in a rental at the end of the da after I had been there all day,nobody would talk to me or tell me what heppend to my jeep only that it had to be sent out to the dealership because my pcm was fried.they lack transparency and do not communicate with me they do not extend the rental on time so i get harrassed by eneterprise rental car ,I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE MY TRUCK IS! THEY NEVER TOLD ME I KEEP CALLING CORPORATE JIFFY LUBE AND ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS DIRECT MME RIGHT BACK TO THE STORE I AM HAVING AN ISSUE WITH,THW MANAGER IS WHO MESSED UP MY TRUCK,I HAVE CONTACTED A LAWYER AND AM WAITING TO HEAR BACK AND I AM ABOUT TO REPORT MY TRUCK STOLEN! PLEASE HELPBusiness response
