On 12/19/23 I contacted the company via telephone to request a transportation service from Texas ******** in the **** auction to my business location in ***** ***** **, that day they gave me a quote via telephone of $1000 to which I I responded that I couldn't pay them because there was another company offering me the same transportation for the next day for $800, then the person on the phone told me that they could do it for the same $800 considering that I was a frequent customer and that they owed me $75 on my next three trips due to malfunctions on their part in my previous transportation. That is when the events begin and I ask them to please be responsible this time for picking up my vehicle on time (2014 Toyota Sequoia) since the previous time they were late and the auction generated storage fee charges. It is because of this previous inconvenience that I had received compensation of $75x3 That day 12/19/23, I do a security deposit that they requested of $50 for the company Bismillah Transport LLC, although I received the emails from a company called ***** ********* and I honestly do not know the relationship between the two However, until today, they ignored my service because they never picked up my vehicle nor have they contacted me again and for 12 days (I have proof) I was requesting and demanding the pick-up of my vehicle and they all The days they told me TODAY WE WILL PICK IT UP, they even gave me estimated pick up times but it was all a deception because the last few days they began to tell me that I had to pay more money for the service due to the holidays and even though I tried to give them solutions and even agreed to pay them a Little more, they never made the pick up The auction generated a Storage fee of $300 as expected due to the irresponsibility of this company for failing to pick up my vehicle on time and additionally when I paid at the auction for the delivery of the vehicle they charged me another $76.77 Forfeited Amount I want to demand that they be responsible for the additional expenses that their irresponsibility generated and that they return the $50 security deposit that I gave them the day I contracted the service and that they also give me my promised compensation in deposit in my account because I do not intend to use their services anymore. The amount I expect to receive from them is: $50 Security Deposit $75 x 3: $225 Promised compensation $300 Storage Fee $76.77 Forfeited Amount Total: $601.76
