    I use to use MaidPro a while ago. I called the owner and told her that I had heard a crash downstairs a two weeks prior to my call, and and let her know, when I finally used my power room, I saw that the porcelean sink had a tiny crack in it. I promptly informed Maidpro when I saw it, Let them know that the maid was is the powder room when I heard a crash , but the maid said nothing broke when I'd asked about the noise. She actually dropped the glass soap container in the sink by mistake. It's possible she didn't see it. I could barely see it at first. First I thought it could be repaired, but, since I live in the Bwi traffic zone, the plane vibrations are felt in my house. The crack has extend considerablely. Long story short, MaidPro denied my claim, saying that I waited too long to inform them. About 3 weeks.. Then they said I took too long to fill out for complaining to the last housekeeper about her not being able to wipe the stainless steel refrigerator without smudging it all back up after doing it 4 times. It seems like they used that as a convenient excuse to get away from me. I reached out to them several times, and they blocked my emails and phone calls. If MaidPro breaks something in your house, they should pay for it. That's what they have insurance for. I never had a problem with any other maid service replacing what they damage. Maid pro should replace mu sink. Nobody want a company to be able to damage their property without insurance. I know that the insurance company would not have dismissed a claim that I report two later when I noticed it. She didn't tell the truth, and I was going through to much with my health to fight back.

    This customer received a MaidPro service in January of 2022. In July of 2022, nearly 6 months following her cleaning service, she emailed a claim form alleging damage to a pedestal sink. As it had been half a year following the customer’s cleaning, MaidPro was not presumed to be at fault. Our insurance company does require that a claim for breakage and loss be filed within 48 hours of the service, in order to ensure propriety. MaidPro has not blocked any emails or phone calls from this customer as is suggested.
