  I was burned here from a laser hair removal twice. The second time I was burned was more severe. Instead of taking accountability and resolving the matter by providing a free peel for the discoloration and laser treatment with another tech and older yag machine. The company made false speculation and assumptions with no facts that some sort of change happened with my skin. In which it has not. The laser was left on my skin by the tech for too long and gone over multiple times on the same area. This is the sole reason for the burning. Also, I and others have experienced light weight racism by some of the staff.

  The accounts & narrative from Noor Laser Center is most definitely inaccurate. The purpose of my complaint to the BBB is due to the fact that I was severely burned during the second treatment in 2022, to almost a 3rd degree. I had severe pain and had to purchase creams and apply other methods to heal and lighten the areas as best as I could. I explained to their Doctor and Snemati, that the burns came from not only the wrong laser being utilized, but the nurse left the laser on my skin for too long and went over the spots too many times. Hence the reason for the severe burns. Snemati kept making false statements that there was some mysterious change with my skin, which is untrue and makes absolutely no sense (I have laser hair removal done on my face for over a decade, with no issues). This is Noor Laser Center's tactic to try and avoid repercussion and consequences for their negligence. I notified the center that at the very least they should either compensate me for the creams I purchased or provide a free lightening peel treatment and free laser treatment on the YAG machine (older version in the office), and a different nurse..to remedy the matter. Noor Laser Center is trying to not only undermine my scars and what I have endured, but also trying to make a false narrative that I am making a complaint because "I didn't get a free laser treatment" which is entirely untrue. Additionally, there has been slight racist behavior at this facility towards me and other women of color, that they refuse to address and resolve with some of their staff. Noor Laser Center refuses to take accountability for their actions and persisting to not resolve this matter in a transparent and amicable way. Other people need to be alerted about their practices and tactics, to avoid serve injuries in the future.
