I am getting repeated calls from this business even after asking to be put on their do not call list.Business response

Hi *******,
We would like to apologize again for what happened. We already include your number on our DNC list and it might just take a week or 2 before it will totally be removed in our system.
I’ve already filed an Incident Report. Appropriate sanctions will be implemented once we have determined the gravity of the violation.
