    Melroy Plumbing and Heating, Inc exhibits very poor customer service skills. We had a concern for a service their provided to us and tried to explain the situation. Management would not let us speak to voice our concern, they would deform our situation and make assumptions to their liking. They even went to the extent to defame the character of the customer whom they don't know personally. They even stated that they did not believe we owned our place. They were very unprofessional in the interaction with us as customers. They accused us that we were complaining to get out of the payment, which we made very promptly at time of service. Please stay away from this company. You will face the worst customer service experience if you deal with them. You may even get an offensive response saying things about your character you or the people who know you would understand this company is using slander to bash the customer. Zero stars if possible.

    Ms C***** signed a completion certificate & paid in full saying she was COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. Her complaint to her association, who she expected to pay for this, is a toilet not flushing well. She flushed her toilet and water leaked out on the floor. To test without flooding an owner below we had to fix the toilet flange, secure a disconnected bolt . After reinstalling toilet with a new toilet seat, we gave to her free; (it broke while sitting on it); we diagnosed it needed replacing due to internal jet clogging. It flushed by bucket, but not the tank with enough flow through the jet holes. All done. We quoted a price to replace her toilet but she said no. Then she begins to find reasons to force us to give her a free toilet. She said she does not know her associations rules, she is a new owner. She thought we charged by the hour and wasted time. We gave a flat rate price. She thought the tech owned a condo there by misunderstanding my dispatcher when he asked if she was a tenant to id***ify her! We should have diagnosed the toilet first before making the drain repair. After claiming this she said we do bad work, but later wants us to continue working for her for free if she bought a toilet, (trying to bargain). She then slander us who were trying to help her to the association and here. We were willing to help but not after her defamation attempts. Ms. C*****, we wish you GOD speed and hope you find kinder ways to talk to others. I forgive you for your hate barrage but I will not support your defaming others! YOUR ASSOCIATION and MELROY both said, you do not have to buy from Melroy. I for one would be happier if you do not. I will not speak bad toward you or to anyone else about you. Love, not hate is the answer. If I have made any false statem***s about this please let me know so I can correct them. I have stated what our records show. To my loyal customers, who appreciate us, I thank you for your support. By the way, she got one of the best Master Plumber Gasfitters, HVAC Master in the business who is also considered an expert witness by the courts, trustworthy with decades of experience Signed Lance B***.

    Unfortunately, your response is to your liking. I encourage customers to look at reviews about your company. I expressed my concern about the service and was looking for answers. I was not looking for a free toilet or anything Free. I paid your promptly and called you a few days later to discuss my concerns. Pull up the phone recording to prove what was said from me and from you. You wouldn't even allow me to speak. The email you sent is very poorly written, filled with offense and assumptions about my character. Slandering me and saying I'm not even an owner prove that York company lacks the fundamentals of customer service. I wish you would take the opportunity to improve your service and stop making this personal.
