Went in to get spark plugs, wires,fronts pads, rear drum and rear shoes. Sway bar,ball joint and tire rods. The business did not properly repair the car. Dave has been unreasponsive. Dave had Bryan work on the car when I specifically asked for Rodney to work on my car. I bought all of my parts and took them to the shop. I was overcharged for putting all of the parts on the car and they did not complete the job, I called no one answered. Took vehicle to ******* the next day stated they did not screw the tire rods on completely. Called initial biz and told what ******* said, said he didn't believe the mechanic. Said to call back next week, she called and asked for parts and pay for back breaks and to replace them. Said that they had to order from Dave's riverside. Asked him to call back when he got the brakes, he never called. Didn't tell me that she need calibers and already charged her for it w/o asking. Mechanic did the work wrong. Did not put rear shoes on and charged 150. The car isn't running properly. There are other problem with the car since the car was serviced by the garage. Went back and didn't have parts, said he had to order them. He kept some of my parts and said he threw them away, I want them replaced. I paid $450 for all the work that was improperly done and paid for parts that were then tossed. I paid $140 for parts and want to be reimbursed by the company or give them back.
