      The product works fine, but I made the mistake of getting a subscription. Their website makes it seem easy to cancel the subscription, but you have to jump through a bunch of hoops that aren't obvious. For anyone else who comes across this issue, here's what you need to do. 1. Create an account on their website using the email you used when you made the subscription (it's possible to purchase a subscription without creating an account). 2. Log into your account and go to the Subscriptions section. 3. Click your subscription and select Cancel subscription. Contacting the email address will result in absolutely no response. If, like me, you assumed that you had an account but forgot the password, the Reset Password link will present no indication that you do not have an account. Creating a new account with the email address you used for your subscription will reveal the subscription cancellation option.

      Although Somnifix did work for a while, I decided to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, I have never been able to get the company to acquiesce to my request. This is very frustrating as they keep taking money from my account. When I called their company, it lead me to a voice mail. I have tried 5/6 times to cancel my subscription. Bad business practice, legal action is the next step.

      Horrible service. They tried sending over the strips but it "Failed" so they got sent back. No refund and now I am out my $30 because they don't get back to me EVER. Countless emails and phonecalls to their headquarters and nothing nothing nothing. Don't ever order from this company. Just use surgical tape.

      There is no customer service. I tried out the mouth strips but they didn't work for me. They supposedly have a 30 day money back guarantee but there is no customer service and no information how to get your money back. If you send an email, they just start sending you advertisements.

      I tried using Somnifix sleep strips. I thought they might work, but then discovered that they were not for me. So I ended up with a three-month supply, for which I tried to cancel the order, but it got sent anyway. Therefore, I returned the strips to Somnifix nearly a month ago. I have documentation to prove that the package reached them on April 7. It is now May 3, and I have not received my $49.97 refund. I have written these people three or four times, and they've never responded to any of my emails. And they don't answer the phone. Their customer service seems to be non-existent. How do I get my money back for the returned products? Betty F******

      We have hundreds of product in order and they just stopped responding. Looking at the Facebook, customers are placing orders and never getting product either. We had direct communication with the owner who also stopped responding.

      I love the product but I have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service to reset my password so that I can manage my subscription. I have also been unable to reach them via email to cancel my subscription and return the product. Unfortunately, they send the product too often and I have a six-month supply on hand. I do not need the package I just received. I have tried three times to reach them regarding this shipment. I also tried to reach them regarding my last shipment but also never received a response. My only alternative is to file a dispute with my credit card company and block them from any future charges.

      I placed an order on 12/21/21 and was told my order would ship soon. I was given no estimate on when the item would ship. Weeks later, I saw reviews from others on Amazon stating when they ordered from the Somnifix website they never received their order and got no responses to their emails inquiring for help or a refund and Somnifix charged their card for multiple orders that they didn’t place after the fact. In great alarm, I emailed them on 1/15/22 asking for a refund because I had received absolutely NO communication on an estimate of when my order would ship which Is highly abnormal for that length of time. And frankly, if the order hadn’t shipped by then (without proper warning before purchasing) I don’t want the product. My email did not receive a response. Today 1/20/21 at night I received an email saying my order had shipped. I truly believe they only have shipped my item because I asked for a refund. I want my refund! This product is very overpriced and the company is shady and practicing fraud. I do not believe they would have ever shipped my item had I not complained.

      Aside from the fact these smell awful of chemicals, their "guarantee" is a deception. Its only a guarantee in the technical sense. You lose most of your money if you decide to return. You cant reach them by phone like other companies. They make it as difficult as possible to even find how to return the item and if you dig through their site and finally get to the return policy, you find the policy says: "You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund." So you figure it out you buy a pack of these for $21 dollars and then you have to pay $10 or more to ship them back, and then they will deduct their cost of originally shipping to you. You are out the whole $20 you paid. Why bother sending them back? And that's is the point. Again its only a guarantee in the technical sense.
