In October I went into affordable dental and had a density X-ray after an initial appointment previously… Due to a snow storm I had to cancel one appointment however was told the dentist had reviewed the X-ray and could do it… The dentist is from Florida and unfortunately in this time affordable dental decided it was to costly to fly him in so I was informed he could no longer do it however there was another dentist I could see that could do it however it was about a month. Finally I did the hour drive each way only to find out he could not do the sinus lift that I desperately need due to a previous malpractice. The receptionist informed me that a few people were wanting the dentist from Florida and they were trying to get him in however a week or so later I was informed he could not.. I requested my full file and all X-rays only to be sent a panoramic with no notes. I have asked multiple times and also had my husband call only to be told that there was no file to the file is too big - at which point we offered yo provide a disk or drive and do the hour drive each way to pick it up despite state law stating despite the original copy belonging to the practice I am untitled to a full copy. All I want is my density X-ray and due to the delay I need it by the 14th for an appointment with someone local who will do it without heist.Business response

In July, went in for dentures. Talked me into a plan, that they couldn't for full. Referred, me to a surgeon, who charged but didn't do what they asked. Now need extraction. So I can get dentures, that are paid for. Dentist never returned my call. Manager never returned my call. Just want my money back. I do not trust them. Each and every time, 2 hour wait, watch other come in and get called, before myself. Clients complain while waiting. Not a good environment. It was stressful, just like now. Stressful, difficult, getting a return call. Please get my money back. I lost 425, from that referrer he sent me to. 1075 with them. Not only did I lose money, time. The times, I took off from work to get this done. All, I want is my 1075 back!!! Thanks for your attention in the matterCustomer response

DD received a phone call from ******************, she stated that she has been refunded and her complaint is resolved.
