DO NOT HIRE!!! Absolutely horrendous job!! The absolute worst service that I have ever received in my 30 years of military service (US Army). We hired this company in the summer 2021 to put a round-about in and to put a sealant on our current driveway. The initial discussion with Joe was pleasant after they finally returned our calls. Horrible Results: The roundabout was not round (oval with square edges), it was not leveled nor was it edged properly. Rocks were sprayed into the ground and cracks were not repaired correctly. The job looked patched together with lumps and more seams with the original cracks still visible. Huge eye soar. I contacted the company the very next day and spoke with Melissa (Office Manager who always answers the phone) to report the poor job. She said Joe would get back to me. I finally spoke with Joe weeks later who said he had come out (never called us) and saw the issues and would have someone come out to make the corrections. More weeks went by and I began calling again. Finally, someone called but asked if I could wait until his wife got out of the hospital before doing the work. I waited three more weeks before calling back. Needless to say, I have not seen or heard from him or anyone else. To add insult to injury, I believe Melissa was screening my calls. Today, (20 Dec) I called from a different number and Melissa immediately answered. When she realized it was me she began giving numerous excuses. When I asked two times why she didn't call, she yelled and asked if I was going to listen to her reason for not calling then she called me a Dumb A_s B____h and hung up on me!! I never raised my voice once nor did I get rude. From the other reviews, this is apparently what she does when a customer calls to explain that they are not satisfied. I called back but she ignored my call. I then called from another phone and she immediately picked up. I attempted to ask to speak with Joe, but when she recognized my voice, she hung up again. She will no longer answer any calls from any of the numbers that I have tried to call from. I have a three year warranty on the round-about and a one year warranty on the sealant. From Melissa's actions it appears that they don’t plan to honor their warranties or try to even work with us. I don't want them back on my property, I only want a partial refund (50%) of the cost since they attempted to put the round-about in. I am pretty sure that won't happen until I take legal action which is the next step. Unacceptable customer service. We have had to hire a second company to do the job correctly. Completely different customer service support with much better results and amazing quality work, for less than we paid Joseph's company. Truly an expensive lessons learned moment.

My husband and I hired this company back in the summer (June-July) to put a round-about in our front driveway on a five acre piece of property (retirement home). The round-about was supposed to be connected to the current driveway that was there. The initial interaction with Joe was pleasant as he shared how this was a family business and that he had been doing pavement for years. He said he was the best in the area and promised an excellent job with seamless paving from the new portion (round-about) to the current portion (old driveway). He said he would be able to patch up any cracks in the pavement. On the day of paving, my husband was there to answer any questions. My husband stated that the team came out and appeared to rush the job. Each time he identified a concern, they fast talked him and said he would be satisfied with the job. They told him that he would see the final product a couple of days later after the pavement settled/dried. When I returned home that day, immediately saw issues with the job. The roundabout was not round, it was not leveled nor was it edged properly as Joe stated it would be. The patches that he said they would repair for us not to see where even bigger than the original crack and were very obvious. I immediately contacted the company the next day and spoke with Joe's daughter (one who always answers the phone) to let them know that the job was not done well and that we needed someone to come out. I spoke with Joe's daughter numerous times after that to get a status on when they would be able to come out. No time was given. After several weeks of waiting and calling back, I finally spoke with Joe who said he had come out and saw the issues and would have someone come out to make the corrections. Weeks went by with me continuing to call, then finally I received a call from someone who was supposed to come out. He apologized for the delays but asked if I could wait until his wife got out of the hospital before he could out to make the repairs. I completely understood and had no problems waiting until his wife returned home. Unfortunately, I waited three more weeks and tried to call back to see if the guy's wife returned home and whether he would be able to come out. No answer. 4 months had past since the job had been completed. Needless to say, I have not seen him or anyone else nor have I received any calls from the company. I tried calling numerous times to speak with Joe's daughter but apparently she began screening my calls and ignored my number, allowing the answering machine to come on each time (machine was full). I realized this was happening so I called from a different number right after calling 4 times from my cell. She immediately picked up the phone when she didn't recognize my number and when she realized it was me she began giving numerous excuses as to why they hadn't come back out. She stated that she had all of her repairs scheduled for the winter. When I asked her why she nor anyone else called she began getting angry about me questioning her. I told her I wanted a partial refund for the services because I was now having to hire another company to redo the entire job. She got angry and yelled at me saying i wasn't listening to her reason for the delay. When I asked again why she didn't call, she yelled and asked me if I was going to listen to her then she called me a Dumb A_ B____ before hanging up on me!! I called back from yet another number and tried to calmly explain that I was calling to speak with Joe, but when she heard my voice, she hung up on me again. She will no longer answer any calls from any of the numbers that i have tried to call on. I have a three year warranty of the round-about and a one year warranty on the sealant they sprayed on the older driveway. I don't want them to come out and do anything else to my pavement. This company is truly a rip off who doesn't ever plan on correcting any of their mistakes. My husband did not read the horrible reviews from other customers until after the job was completed. This is one of those expensive lessons learned. I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB and plan to let every sit and social media platform know about this company's horrible performance and customer service since they refuse to speak with me or adhere to their contract.
