              Made a purchase through Walmart for jeen jewelers ,they did not have address correct,so I cancelled order..I ordered again with the correct address and they still put the same address on it..so I called Walmart and cancelled the order once again,representative gave me a code to get my money back,now Direct express is saying I received my money back ( and there referring to my first order) the second order I'm trying to tell them my money hasn't been returned,I also asked to speak to a supervisor with Direct express and they won't refer me to one..it shows on a statement that I was reimbursed and I was on first order but not the second order..Walmart gave me a code number to receive my money back,But Direct express is stuck on the first order. I need y'all's help to get my money back..thank you.. Its not jeen jewelers,it's direct express that's not understanding

              I was a victim of false advertisement. They said they sold me a diamond oval 1 carat ring in white gold and it ended up being a moissanite one carat oval in white gold. I think that I should get a diamond because they told me that that was a diamond I should get a diamond I already got my money back but I want what I was told I was buying.
