i have tried several times to get in contact with this law office threw e-mail phone, letters, certified , and no response i wanted to know what this balance sitting on my credit report was for they lady in the office told me to call the apartment complex which is ******** ****** ********* ********** (**** ******) the rental office told me to call the law office nobody will tell me why this sits on my credit report i have payed all rents , turned in the keys and moved out with out any damages the damage that was left in the house was from mold and mildew i don’t know why this is on my credit report and nobody can tell me i also call the apartment complex they just sending me back and fourthBusiness response

Tried calling Ms. ****** ****** 04/03/2023 at 2:31pm at ###-###-#### but reached voicemail. Received email from Ms. ****** on 05/21/2023 and after pulling file and making sure amount owed was correct, tried calling her again at ###-###-#### on 05/23/2023 at 3:47pm but had to leave another voicemail. After rental assistance paid for rent, there was still outstanding rent balance owed plus damages.Initial Complaint

I do not recognize this account and I do not have a contract with the collection company that has this alleged debt. Please remove this account from my report immediately.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/04/14) */ ***** S. ***** <******@*****-law.com> 2:23 PM (1 hour ago) to James, me Lisa, In response to the complaint, my client, Atlantic Realty Management, Inc., and also the former employer of the complainant is owed money for back due rent from when Ms. ***** resided at their property. Ms. ***** has been in contact with my office and acknowledged the debt. There is a court date scheduled for May. All discrepancies will be resolved through the court case.
