Townhouse @ **** Jamestowne Ct, When Lisa *, was there as property mngmnt things got fixed but had 2 stay on them. Had a serious rodent infestation I had to pay out of own pocket to get professional Orkin 2 get rid off. Been there over 3 yrs. Water damage from next store, entire dining room wall black mold & carpet was soaked, took 3 months to repair & when they did carpet they just cleaned & put no new padding underneath carpet so you were strictly walking on concrete. I am a UNITED STATES DISABLED ARMY ???? HONORABLE VETERAN ?? who served his country. When I wanted out of my lease due to medical reasons they gave a hard time to leave w/a Department of Veterans Affairs medical letter. ******** ******* Angie & assistant property manager declined so I went up to regional property management however the property management @ Jamestowne Court Angie & assistant was told b to release my lease however they charged & kept my security deposit & charging me a carpet fee off $144.05. This place is seasonal in price however it'd overall is a ridiculous place to live for all the hassle that comes with staying there. Maintenance, Old kitchen cabinets & appliances. Smh I would call that a home. Peace & Love folks

Wrongfully denied of an apartment unprofessional unknowledgeable staff the general property manager Takia was ghetto and refused to give me her supervisors name or a point of contact to schedule an appointment

I have been living here for over 8 years. Over the years I have had many leaks. I have a leak right now my carpet is soaking wet, it smells in my apartment from the water that has been leaking. Emergency can. He really didn't do anything over the weekend. Come Monday I got a call from the property manager saying she was going to talk to the service manager to see what need to be done. No one has yet to call me back nor come to my apartment. And my ceiling is still leaking because there is a hole in the pipe which the know of a d have not attempted to fix anything. I just had another leak in my bedroom which took the almost 2 weeks to fix and now I have to deal with another one . This place is horrible when it comes to them repairing things that need to be fixed. They patch things up instead of fixing the problem. You call the office and get no answer sometimes. So they do things on there time as of things are not important to the residents. Just like they want there rent, people don't want their place with water leaking all of the place, with big holes on the ceiling and the smell is horrible
