      On 11/14/16 I paid Carroll Water $16,340 to install a water filtration system in my home. I have well water. Over the years they have done repairs to the system which could be over $600. Last spring the system was not working and I was told that it needed a new part. That was over nine months ago. Every time I call, I get the run around about how the part needs to be ordered and it is not in, etc. The water coming into the house has a terrible odor. I cannot use it for drinking, bathing or cooking. I have been using bottled water for almost a year because of this situation. I would like to make a complaint against this company for their poor response in trying to remedy this problem even though I have been a customer in good standing for over five years. I need to get this situation resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

      We have ordered the pump for this customer from the manufacturer as well as checking with vendors to see if we can get one. We have been in contact with the customer about this the entire time.

      I recently purchased my house and needed to have my water treatment system serviced by Carroll Water due to low water pressure. They sent out a Specialist to determine what could cause the problem and he recommended that I purchase an inline water filter with a see through canister. Within a weeks, the filter was clogged again and the water pressure was low. I was charged $362.99 for the service. Another Carroll tech came back out and recommended an inline filter system that would replace the inline filter at a cost of $2803.49. Before I purchased the new system I asked that I get refunded the $362.99. because the recommendation given by the Specialist did not resolve my low water pressure problem. I was assured by the accounting department that I would be reimbursed for the $362.99 installation because it had to be removed in order to install the new system. The system was installed on June 8th and I have made several attempts to contact Carroll Water to get reimbursed for the $362.99 installation with NO Response and NO Refund yet.
