            2023 Oct 2. I began my online order at Fragrance E11even's website. This Cologne's advertised price was $11.32 per bottle. My coupon code didn't work, so I made a phone appointment & (also) used their online chat service to fix this issue before pressing the "Place Order" button. I waited for two hours with no reply from Fragrance E11even. Then, I re-entered the coupon code. This time the coupon code worked, but, the cologne's price went up (from $11.32) to $35.32 per bottle. I contacted Fragrance E11even's owner. He said they are having website issues (a convenient generic excuse). I asked (as a good-will gesture); if Fragrance E11even would sell (to me) just a few bottles at the price I was originally drawn to. The Fragrance E11even owner said "no" and suggested I purchase elsewhere. In total, Ive spent four hours trying to purchase from Fragrance E11even. Based on my experience, I am very dissatisfied with Fragrance E11even's service & integrity.

            Fragrance 11 sent me a broken dirty cologne. I ordered from them because the usual site I buy my item was out of stock. And I read the several reviews not to purchase from them, but I was in a rush and ordered, I got my item, the bottle was sticky and dirty. It has a chip on one corner of the bottle, the twist to spray the cologne was broken so it wouldn't even spray cologne. When I wrote them and told them the issues they denied they sent a defective item and it must of happen in transit. I was shocked that they were trying to say that all those issues with the item happened in transit. It was gross because of how dirty the bottle was and the broken spray nozzle. I would not recommend buying from Fragrance 11. They did tell me to return the item and issue a refund. But they don't do refunds according to other reviews I've read. So I lost $55 and learned a lesson. Not be in a rush and purchase from sketchy sites. Also, there emails were going to my scam folder, so I had to mark them as not scam. That should of been a sign to me.
