1 starI contracted this company to repair my refrigerator 2/7/25. I paid them $450.00 and 30 day free trial membership. As of 2/25/25 My appliance is doing the same thing it is doing prior to me paying them. The company and the technician is not responding via text, email, company portal and phone. When I reached someone they told me that they creating a ticket to have someone to notify me. A customer service representative called and wanted to schedule me appointment for 3/5/25. Which is not acceptable, so I refuse and wanted someone to come out sooner. As of today 2/28/25, No one has came out and I have called several times along with canceling my membership. After I cancel my membership I noticed that they charge me an additional $86.00. I have documented everything. I would not use this company ever again. I notified my bank to see if I can Is dispute the charges. Puls Technologies, Inc. **** me out of my money. Not only did I pay them for the service of $450.00 They then charge me for a membership And a cancelation fee $86.00. My refrigerator is still broken and I lost over $200.00 to $300.00 worth of groceries. I would have did better by just purchasing a new refrigerator with a warranty.Review fromKirk T

1 starI have been given the runaround for about a week now. Appointments are set, and no one shows, or Puls cancels them just minutes into the window when a technician is supposed to arrive. I have rearranged my life multiple days in a row in an attempt to get my appliance serviced, and all I have to show is frustration. There is no direct way to contact anyone at the company to address what is happening. DO NOT bother with this company. What a ****.Review fromGarett M

1 starMicrowave didn’t heat. Called Puls, they sent out a guy. He immediately said it was the magnetron, and told me the price. He said he needed another guy to help pull it out, even though i offered to help. He left as he was certain he needed another guy. He texted the next day asking for the part number again, and I sent him a picture. I NEVER HEARD BACK. Days went by, and nothing. Called a different company, guy fixed it in less than 20 mins, by himself, and for $100 cheaper.Review fromRicky H

1 starWe called Puls to repair our Samsung refrigerator. Freezer worked, fridge did not. First tech came out and said the fan was bad. After waiting on the fan to arrive, he came back and installed it. Fridge still didn’t work. It was almost impossible to find out how to reach someone about an unresolved issue. We finally got a second tech out, but were charged for a second service call plus parts. After he was done, my refrigerator still doesn’t work. I paid 2 service guys to come and guess what was wrong with my refrigerator. $500 later and I still don’t have a working refrigerator.Review fromDavid V

1 starThe Puls company is complete trash! My husband and I had the worst experience! 2 months of them telling us a technician was coming out, then no shows, happened 4 times! Then we finally get a supervisor on the line and they admit that the part for our oven has been on backorder so they don't know why we were getting appointment notifications. They finally admitted that the technician they were using was unreliable/unresponsive so they send a different technician but wouldn't honor the discount they gave us (due to all the appts that were no shows)!! No customer service, no accountability, no professionalism. Lost money on this because they wouldn't refund of our deposit of $139 of their service plan. Worst experience!Review fromRandy J

1 starDespite clear instructions, the PULs technician replaced the wrong part in my refrigerator and charged nearly $400 dollars. He did not fix the problem. I provided numerous email to the company. The PULs repair guarantee did nothing. The office repeatedly employed delay tactics and no one returned to correct the original problem. I was then charged another fee for canceling their service. I recommend that you do not employ their services. Here is their parting email. Thank you for reaching us regarding your concerns. We regret that we are unable to honor your request for a refund since after reviewing the appointment details, you were actually sent the secure payment link which provided an option to choose a discounted price with the membership and a price without. Upon payment, you chose the discounted option, thus signing up for the membership. This was when we repaired your Washer back on 09-05-2024. (Puls did not repair my washer) The membership has a monthly subscription fee which runs for a 12-month term and based on your membership cancellation policy, you can cancel anytime within the annual term but a chargeback shall take effect. The chargeback is the amount billed upon cancellation of the membership plan, which is the pro rated of the payments you made for the membership and the discounts and member savings you received for all appointments paid while it was still active. The breakdown is given as follows: Membership Monthly Cost: $34.99 Total Discounts & Waivers: $92.75 Chargeback: $57.76 TOTAL BEFORE TAX: $57.76 Please let us know as well if you have further concerns. 1 starTerrible company , I did call to get a service to fix a refrigerator, technitial went on a Monday I paid $ 334.34 next day refrigarator wasn't working, I request the guarantee he went again on Friday and next day same story He didnt fix it , I did call 2 times the company and I spoke with to person both said they will contact me since I have 90 days of guarantee and they never called me back . 1 starDo NOT do business with this company. They will “fix” your appliances TEMPORARILY, charge you a lot of money for it, and when it stops working after 2 weeks, you call the company to tell them and they say that their policy is to send the same tech out that came the first time. BUT that person is not available for 3 weeks! They schedule you a date and when u ask to expedite your request, they give you the day before that scheduled date. So instead of waiting 3 weeks, I got lucky and only waited 2 weeks and 6 days. HA! I told them I don’t want the same tech to come out because he didn’t fix it the first time! So, a different tech came after the 2 weeks and 6 days and tells me that it’s gonna cost another $400-$600 to fix my fridge on top of the $600+ I paid with the first tech. I said if yall would have told me the price for everything the 1st time, I would have bought a whole new refrigerator. So after this, I cancelled the warranty I signed up for when I first started using them so I can receive discounts on parts/ labor and in case something else breaks. I called to cancel, the guy walked me through cancelling my membership over the phone, 1 min later, I receive an email showing a final invoice. They charged $125 to the cc I had on file for my membership. A cancellation fee and the total amount of discounts they deducted from my 1st invoice. When I called to get a refund they had me email customer service. I received email with them saying they are not refunding my money.I tried calling them but you can never get through right away and when you do the phone hangs up on you. They are crooks. When you see any charges in your cc statements it will say it’s a cellular company with a link to their website. The website is a cellular webpage. This company is not legit. They need to go out of business. After reading the reviews in here, I was not the only person they scammed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU WILL BE STRESSED AND FRUSTRATED.Review fromTrudee B

1 starThis company *****. Had a technician come out in Florida and he googled on his phone. Never did figure out the problem. Ridiculous and wouldn't waste my monies on this company. Obviously his phone couldn't Google what was wrong!!!!
