We bought a 2004 house without an inspection and later hired one to ensure there were no long-term issues. The inspector recommended a window well cover due to a faulty drainage pipe, but we couldn't find a suitable cover and were concerned about basement lighting and moisture. BB Waterproofing's Rob identified incorrect installation of the window well drainage and suspected past flooding due to insufficient drainage. He proposed a French drain, corrected the window drainage, and replaced a small basement drain. Rob's team (Hammie, Darwin, Paulo, Miguel, Chilo) was hardworking, communicative, and skilled, working from 9am to 5pm with only a lunch break. They preserved our basement tiles by digging around them and installed a sleek new sump pump with a flush floor finish. They kept the property tidy and used negative pressure to prevent dust. Post-work, the basement is dry with balanced humidity, no need for a window well cover, and no threat of drainage overflow. Rob's price was surprisingly low for the excellent work. We highly recommend BB Waterproofing!

We used Best Buy in Dec 2023 and they have been a phenomenal company to work with. We had a flood in our basement and after doing a thorough review of several other company's we went with Best Buy. They installed a new suppump system and also diagnosed several previously unknown risks that would have cost us multiple tens of thousands to correct. I can't express adequately what a great company this is. The sales rep (Chip) is an expert in water management and the crews and foreman are professional, honest and do great work.Best Buy Waterproofing, LLC Response

Couldn't ask for a better experience with Best Buy Waterproofing. They were knowledgeable from start to finish, explained all our options to get our house waterproofed. They addressed the crack in our basement walls efficiently and with ease. The crew was extremely hard working and cleaned up after all the work was complete. Best Buy provided a very prompt response after our initial inquiry and had a speedy turn around time to initial assessment. All individuals were extremely patient in answering questions and explaining the type of work that was required and why certain recommendations were being made. Prompt friendly callback. Rob who is very professional and friendly. He came out and listened to my concerns and gave me the best solution to my problem and explained out why it was the best solution. I was not overcharged and given a very reasonable price.
