      I filed a claim with Speedy X on February 22,2022 concerning the transmission in my 2012 Chevy pickup. I have been getting the runaround since March 14,2022 when they sent me a claim number. It has been over 6 months since this process began, and the transmission has gotten worse. The trouble with the transmission has almost several rear end collisions. Almost 75% of the time I leave messages and texts and don't hear from anyone! The transmission was getting worse, so I took the truck to the local Chevrolet dealership here in ****** *****, SC and they told me the transmission needed to be replaced soon. The adjuster at My Speedy X told me to send him a copy of the estimate, and he would get back with me. He never got back with me, in fact he wanted me to take the truck to a local tire store for them to check it out. I did, and they told me they don't work on transmissions!! This is what I've been dealing with since the claim was filed! Finally, I had to get the truck fixed myself. I bought a new transmission for $3,311.91 thru the Chevrolet dealership in *********, ** and paid $909.50 to a repair shop in Concord, NC to install it. I bought this coverage in hopes that I would never have to use it, and I have been extremely disappointed with My Speedy X!! I feel like I have been scammed by this company, and as of today have yet to hear from them! The last time I heard from the adjuster was Friday July 1, 2022, and he told me he had been trying to contact the service manager at the Chevy dealership in ****** ***** but hasn't heard back from him. I personally called the service manager that same day, and he told me that nobody from My Speedy X has contacted him. I have putting up with this **** for 6 months now. I strongly encourage everyone to not use My Speedy X for their car warranty. On a scale of 1-10 on quality service, I give them 0. Cant trust them!!

      On 2/22/2022 at 3:33 pm the member was contacted by Employee ID: ******** in the claims department that informed Bill ****** of why his claim was denied. With the denial of the claim Mr. ****** was informed that his membership fee would be refunded after he continued to curse and treat our Help Desk with disrespect. A denial letter was also sent to **** **** ****** ** North Myrtle Beach, SC. 

      Mr. ****** purchased a 2012 Chevrolet  Silverado  V8 Cylinder Engine with about 139,406 265/65  VIN ***************** on 11/12/2021 from Auto Dealer **** ******* ******** **** ***** * ********* which provided a warranty acknowledgement of our engine and transmission replacement guidelines upon purchase. 

      After an investigation was completed it was determine that Mr. ****** coverage was invalidated because he did not get the vehicle transmission fluid drained and filled with a new transmission filter if applicable to the vehicle within 30 days or 3,000 miles upon warranty activation. MR. ****** had purchased a vehicle that qualified as a lemon and was referred to speak to ****** ***** a representative at ******* ******** **** ***** due to inaccuracy in the certification, tampering, engine or transmission.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      there were several lies in their response .To begin with, I was not notified on 2/22/2022 at 3:33pm by someone to tell me that the claim was denied. Nobody told me that my membership fee would be refunded. Also, I have never cursed anyone at Speedy X and treated anybody with disrespect. I treat  people  the way that I would want to be treated. I logged every conversation with dates and times when I spoke to a representative, and what was said. And I have NOT received a denial letter at my home address in North Myrtle Beach S.C.

      Another thing that was not shared with me was the fact that I was supposed to have the transmission fluid and a new filter installed within 30 days or 3,000 miles upon warranty activation. Not sure why I wasn't told that, but I'm not surprised the way that they have jerked me around!! Also, I did not think that my purchase of the  2012 Chevy pickup qualified as a lemon. It seems as though Speedy X does not care about their customers. I never raised my voice or cursed anyone. I definitely got the runaround from the secretary and the adjuster on this matter. I will never recommend Speedy X to anyone!

      A claim adjuster has spoken to Mr. ****** to resolve his concerns related to Complaint ID: ********. Mr. ****** will be owed in apology as the notes on his membership account from the agent reflects that the disrespect and vulgar language was from the Auto Dealer and not Mr. ******. His claim has been reopen so that the adjuster is able to better serve him.
