    I went to this office on 9/19/2023 and was informed that I had a $75 copay, which I paid before my appointment. I spoke to my insurance company afterwards because I wanted to make sure that the money went toward my plan deductible and after looking at my explanation of benefits I saw no record of the $75 I paid for my visit. My insurance informed me that I should not have paid a deductible at all and that my insurance covered the entire visit. So they attempted to call and get my refund but could not get through. I called a day later and they hung up on me. When I texted their text line about the issue they said that I actually owe more than that and that once I pay that they can process my refund and if I had any other questions I could reach out to their billing person. So I reached out to that person and he said he would take my complaint to the doctor and that she would refund it. I have not heard back since. In addition I looked at my EOB's for my other visit on 10/11/2023 I was charged $125 but my insurance claim states I only owed $100. I had a test completed at that visit and I was told I needed a follow up zoom visit to discuss my results. On the day of my zoom appointment someone called me and asked me to pay a $75 copay over the phone before I could have my appointment to read my results on whether I have cancerous cells or not! I refused to pay this obviously. I took the test results from my online portal and emailed them to my PCP and she immediately discussed my results with me (free of charge) and I have an appointment to see a different provider for my future treatment. After having to endure such an awful experience I looked up their google reviews and it seems that being overcharged for services is a common practice with this office and I would imagine this is gross malpractice and unethical so I feel they should be held accountable so that this does not happen to anyone else. Furthermore I want a refund for $100 in charges I paid for no reason.

    I would not recommend this establishment. I made an appointment with them not realizing my child should be seen by a pediatrician. I honestly phoned the establishment to let them know of my child's situation and the receptionist stated exactly," your child should be seen by her pediatrician." We politely ended the call. Seven months later, I receive a "no show" bill in the mail. I phoned the establishment to explain the mishap and they were could not understand their fault in the situation. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A MINOR. How are you going to charge a minor a no show fee for an OBGYN visit, when this issue should have been seen by her pediatrician. (I did not realize she should continue to see her pediatrician until they explained it to me.) They need a new office manager - terrible.
