On April 25, 2023, I wrote to my PCP (via **** ***** at AllCare Family Medicine in Columbia, MD asking her to help me resolve service problems with AllCare. Most importantly, and unlike all the other providers at AllCare, she did not have an email. Since AllCare purports to aspire to being my PCP, as they advertise, I found this strange and I was forced to communicate with my doctor through apparently non-clinical office staff. Messages were often delayed and inaccurate. At the suggestion of the office staff, I emailed Ms. Tai *******, the Administrator of AllCare in Maryland and Virginia. I had previously contacted Ms. ******* in February but we did not connect. So far, she has not called me. Also, my doctor has not acknowledged my letter as of this date. My background is with the **** system and I have held senior positions in Provider Relations and Network Management. This lack of access to a PCP is not the norm and certainly not in the best interests of patients. I merely want to make sure that the right people at AllCare know of this problem and others that I have encountered and at least try to fix them. Thank you, ******* ********
