      This company is a bunch of incompetent LIARS!! They call me 3-4 times a day because I have a balance on my account. I have a payment plan set up that THEY APPROVED VIA EMAIL but every time I call to find out why they keep calling, I am told there is no payment plan. I have even spoken to supervisors who ASSURE ME that a PP is set up but yet a week later, I get numerous calls in a day. I am also make a monthly payment and then I am told that they are not allowed to call a patient if a payment has been made in the last 30 days, yet here we are again receiving multiple calls. For example, I just made my last payment on 02.07 and on 02.19, they called looking for money! Well I made a payment and it hasn't been 30 days, so why are you calling me?? THIS IS NOW HARASSMENT!!! I want this company reported and fined or filed against or whatever it is that will make them honor their requirements/policy.

      I filled out the paper to discuss the health care so why they cannot respond here is just another issue I have with them I guess.

      However, a representative has reached out to me. I will be calling them today when I get off work.

      The file can remain closed. The company did reach out with resolution. Their resolution was to waive the balance on my account. I was happy about this but it still should not have come to me filing a complaint. I am supposed to be working with my own coordinator from here on out to help navigate any future balances with the company. We will see how that goes
