My business account was charged twice for the yearly fee $540 in September 2023. When called to get the issue fixed we were refunded and then charged again three times $64 + $64 + $64 in September. In October we were charge $54, November $54, December $54, January $54 and February $54. We have tried since October to contact this company. We’ve called the numbers listed on their website, we have emailed many times with no response, just recently called the office building where they rented space. We were informed today that their office is vacant. When we attempted to remove our credit card information from their system we were charged $540 today. Currently on the phone with my bank in hopes to get my money refunded.Business response

This response just shows all the charges that I already have in my account records. My concern is that no one answers any phone messages or emails and my account was still charged monthly after paying for the yearly fee. This does not explain anything. I never gave permission for my account to be charged this way. When I attempted to remove my card on file I was charged again the yearly fee. I will not be satisfied until I speak with someone from the company and am issued a refund for the fraudulent charges made on my account.Business response

no charges are fraudulent- there are two subscription options monthly @ $54 and yearly is @ $540- client has done both over the years, and accounts are self managed as they pertain each clients personal pricing of projects.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:we were charged for the yearly subscription in September $540. Our account was charged $540 twice. Then each month after we were also charged $54 per month. It took two months to finally contact someone to get one of the yearly charges refunded. The company then continued to charge us the monthly fee and would not answer or return any phone messages or emails. Still have not been able to reach them.

All users accounts are self managed and this is done through the billing tab displayed prominetly on each users dashboard. Accounts can be started and stopped at anytime here, plans can be changed , and users have the ability to Cancel & change plan here.If the user chooses cancel, it cancels their account and access. If the user changes their billing plan it can either from monthly to yearly, or yearly to monthly. - monthly is $54/mo, and yearly is $540..Some users have multiple plans , some users change plans multiple times, as they see fit or for yearly savings.Business response
