My company ****** ********* within the past two months used FastSigns in Columbia Maryland for a signage job to upgrade our building. The techs came and installed the sign in the rear of the building and it turned out great. When they came to the front of the building they removed our old sign (and left it in the woods after they said they would take it ) and saw that underneath the sign was glue and discolor from the old sign being there for years. He advised us to clear the glue and repaint and call back when finished and they would install the new sign. Two weeks later the area has been cleaned and ready for installation. I first called the Columbia location on 10/31/22 to let them know it was ready and was told to email ***************** and explain the same thing. I emailed the address and waited a week and no response. I then called on 11/7/22 and spoke with a representative and was told that someone would call me back. It has been a week now and no one has called me back to schedule a appointment. I even called yesterday to try and talk to someone and was hung up on. I need to get my sign installed and I don't appreciate waiting for so long for this process do get done. We have paid for a service and would like to get it complete. We are the only building within our complex that has no front sign showing who we are and that's money lost for us. I have reached out to Columbia multiple times and have emailed the main customer service to get this resolved and nothing has happened. No one has returned my calls to resolve this issue.Business response

We apologize for any inconvenience. This is a job that was finished early December of 2022, and contracted by a different FASTSIGNS from another state for installation purposes only. The complaint refers to events associated with dates prior to this, although we are truly sorry if the experience wasn't to your expectations, as we take customer service very seriously. Although sometimes our install schedules fill up quick, there is no excuse for poor responsiveness or communications, as we understand the case. We do hope we can service better in the future and would love the opportunity to demonstrate our best service moving forward.
