I became a member of spa in December 2021. It was a simple 69.95 per month and the credits could be saved if not used. I tried time using the online schedule to book an appointment, but it proved difficult to do so. For example, it was hard to get a massage appointment and a facial appointment on the same day. I decided to cancel my membership in April. I called several times, but never got a response. I went online and also could not get a response. I filled out a contact form and never received a response. My hope was to cancel the membership in the 30 day timeframe to avoid the next charge. However, I never received a response and there was no way to cancel it online. I called in May and spoke with someone who indicated that they would email the paperwork over to cancel the membership I never received the paperwork. I called several more times because I wanted to avoid being charged for June and July. I did not get a response. I spoke with someone last week about the membership cancellation. There name was Carly. I asked her if she could send the paperwork, provide me with a refund for June, as well as make sure I would not be charged for July. She told that she could not and that the manager Rachel Walls would have to email the paperwork to me and she would make the final decision. I was told to call back today to speak with the manager Rachel. I called several times today, and did not a get a response from them. I am beginning to think that they are purposefully making it difficult to cancel this membership.Business response
