Contracted with Cox Electric in June 2021 to install home generator: They installed a structure to place generator on and we're told generator was on back order: Now they do not return emails, calls etc. deposit of 10 k need that back plus legal fees Company keeps changing name Cox electric CT electric Rh electricBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 18, 2022/11/07) */ LC 11/7/22- The business has been contacted regarding the complaint. I spoke with the owner and he advised that he got a copy of the complaint via the postal mail last week. The owner advised that he has already reached out the consumer and they are in the process of resolving the issue. Consumer Response /* (3000, 20, 2022/11/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Until I receive the 10k back issue is not resolved Consumer Response /* (3000, 26, 2022/11/25) */ Business was to respond a week ago Friday I have reach out via text 3 times no response lacking trust because of that. Still no refund
