    AHS sent the Company Queen’s Electric to do a diagnostic of the repairs needed to fix the cutting off of my kitchen lights and the shutting off of the breaker. The diagnostic cost was $100.00. Queen’s Electric technician measured the amount of wire needed to do the job and put in a request for a breaker, so a direct line could be run from the kitchen to the breaker box. AHS emailed me the agreed amount to do the repairs. The amount was for $1,000.00 for Queen’s Electric to do the repairs. I gave a deposit of $500.00 to order the wire and breaker to do the job. The Queen’s Electric technician sent in the requirements for the job to AHS. After the deposit, the remaining cost agreed for was $500.00. Queen’s Electric sent two technicians to do the job. The owner of the company “Joe” called me to ask how many feet the breaker box from the kitchen was. I told him that I was not sure, but it could be 15 feet. I reminded him that the technician on 11/23/2022 did the measurements needed for the amount of wire necessary to do the job. When the two technicians arrived on 12/08/2022, the lead technician said he thought the distance was 15 feet, and he brought only 20 feet of wire, and the job requires close to 35 feet of wire to do it. He stated that he needed to go to the office and get more wire. He left my house for two hours and returned with the additional wire to do the job. The lead technician stated because he had to get more wire and leave and come back to do the job that he will charge me an additional $175.00 to my bill. Because I had holes in my walls created by the other Queen’s Electric’s technician, I went ahead and paid an additional $175.00. I was over charged for this job. Queen’s Electric should reimburse me for their error of overcharging me for $175.00. Queen Electric did not come prepared to do the job and charged me more than the job required, and when it was brought to the owner's attention, the owner refused to make the right correction.
