So back in august 2022 I bought a 2008 ****** ****** from this place and the engine or transmission was going out. I gave him $1200 down on that car. He tried to convince me to crash the car and collect the insurance money and hed split it with me so he could put me in a better car.  I didn’t want to do that so I bought it back and he said he’d put me in another car but I had to put up another $550 unfortunately which made me repay for tags and title again. Then I picked the 2010 ******* ******* because it wasn’t many decent choices. The engine is fine but the body and axle are clearly half way repaired. I feel unsafe when going 50 mph and also cheated out of my money because of the shaking and unstableness. He’s a snake and schemer as far as I’m concerned. He needs to be stopped. It’s always someone at the business upset and outraged. They spray paint things on the building. It’s gotten so bad that he’s now had to get metal bars on the doors and windows. He constantly ripping people off. Something needs to be done. He’s always trying to convince people not to report him. I’ve had enough. I’m speaking up.

We bought a 2004 ***** ***** from Merlin Auto Club on the 13th of January. Two days after buying the vehicle the engine light comes on. we took it back to Merlin Auto and **** told us it was because of the gas top. They replaced it and we left but 4 hours later the light comes back on. we took it back to get it fixed on the 27th. This time they said it was because of one of the sensors on the car. i paid $33 dollars to fix it as well they took $220 for the car note payment WHILE ITS GETTING FIXED. Once we left the dealership again the light comes on. So we took it back on January 30th and demanded another vehicle. *** was gonna give us a 2007 ***** ****** but he said the car did not pass inspections and told us that he was gonna fix the part and it will be done tomorrow. 5 days have now gone by and still no new car while were still riding the 2004 ***** ***** that still has a engine light on. So I drive back up to the dealership and he told me that the 2007 ***** ****** will be fixed when its fixed. Then he decides to call my husband phone stating i was yelling at him and told my husband to give the car back and banned us from buying another vehicle because he sold a car that don't work.

I do not have the details of the ****** complaint but I will relay the details of the conflict. ******* bought a car that was significantly less money to get into than our normal vehicles. The down payment average here is $1750 to $2500 and he only put down $600. Now there is nothing wrong with that so long as they are happy but switching to a different vehicle was not possible with that deposit. When people buy a vehicle from our dealership anything that goes wrong gets covered by a 50/50 contract. I will attach it to this email. That 50/50 contract states that if  anything needs to be fixed we will pay for half of the customer's repairs. We do not supply loaner cars nor do we require people to do the work at our dealership so if the ****** family presents us with any bills from the first 30 days we would have paid half the bill. at this time the ******** are paying the car payments so we assume all is well.

End of February when i purchased the car mid March when the car was giving issues …. $1600 or more not really sure exact but nomore than $1650 This is by far the worst dealer in the area ; he took my money gave me a car that gave me issues less than 30 days of having it ; and has since had my car for months and giving me a run around of telling me my car is ready bd then it’s another problem for the past few months ; i asked to be put in a replacement car and was told no that he would only put me in a car if i put a down payment on another car ; why am i putting another down payment when you still have my first for a car that i haven’t had since i purchased ; not only that I’ve lost my job behind this for them saying I’m not reliable because it was hard to get to work ; and that only putting me in a Great Depression because of all this and almost having me commit suicide because of all the stress from behind all this ; not only have i *** a great customer from a previous car but I’ve almost brought a few customers there to purchase a car ; not even looking for anything but just helping what i thought was a great business ; i even asked to be put in a rental and was told no yet when i went there the other day and overheard the owner on the phone telling a Customer that he would put him in a loaner car to get to work ; yet i wasn’t given the same option …. stay away from this dealer seriously The car only make inspection with him knowing the people not if you have to take it somewhere by yourself I don’t have much other than i can try and get phone records of how many times I’ve had to call him and or the timeframe of how long this has been going on ; and or if he has security cameras it will show much how I’ve been to the location
