      I'm a commercial account holder at AutoZone, the manager Bill ****** has refused me service and told me he will not pick up the phone nor sell me parts and even went ahead and called the police on my employee who I sent to pick up parts I needed for a job. we are a diamond account which means we spend too money and never have issues. this man has a personal issue with my employee and when I went to try and explain that this is a business, and we just want to purchase parts he even went ahead and laughed at my accent and pretended to not hear me and walked away from me. when i call he takes the phone away from his employees and hangs up. I have a full video of him doing this while we did nothing wrong, no talking bad, no being loud, just very respectful asking for some service. he is very disrespectful and even went ahead to talk bad about us to his employees and other people, his district manager refuses to answer our calls, and refuses to file a complaint against him. this is the same district manager that not too long ago kicked another loyal customer out and even pushed her with her body and laughed at her too like they are laughing at us for no reason. we're loyal customers and are highly upset that we would get this type of service from heads of a business.

      Today 4/27/22 I called dundalks autozone to speak with them about a bulb I bought two months ago. The gentleman I got it from was the one who answered and he transferred me to is unprofessional district manager Rhoda. She then talked over me while I was explaining why I called, she called me an idiot and then hung up on me. So I went there in person (and recorded the entire thing to cover myself due to how she acted) only for her to get aggressive in my face, laugh and smirk and tell me there is nothing she is going to do about the faulty bulb they sold me two months ago. To me it seemed as if she was trying to instigate or cause me to get out of character. She was rude, her demeanor wasn't appropriate, the way she speaks to people is uncalled for, the fact she called me an idiot and hung up on me (which I have 4 witness in my car with me at the time) is unprofessional and she shouldn't have a job there let alone be a manager. This establishment always has issues when I've been in there but this is the first time I've had to deal with her and the last time I will ever go in there. I reached out to the corporate office and sent them the video as well because I'd like my money back for the bulb I just got. I have a picture attached of her smirking face from the video I have from going to the establishment.
