I bought a house wanted it clean before my family and I moved in the cleaning was done 11/3 I have a description of what should of been cleaned things were not cleaned like the paper said, she missed windows, fans, baseboards, didn't shampoo the steps, my wooden floors were also dirty i went back over them and my water was black, she was at my house all day I don't understand what she was doing there that long. Also, while she was there she stated her ponytail hit my shower head and it fell out I have a video of her stating this. Then she called her dad someone that should of not been in my house and an unlicensed plumber to come over to my house to fix it and he couldn't she is trying to blame a plumber. I did say I would pay for the shower arm because I thought it was a easy fix didnt realize how bad it was. I contacted a plumbing company they had to cut a hole in my wall to fix the problem it was $300. I reached out to her sent a pic and invoice and she is saying she didn't do it. I asked how can we resolve this and she keeps telling me it's the plumbers fought. I did tell her I had a house inspection before I bought the house and they did check the shower head and ran the water. I contacted her about the poor quality job and my plumbers fee and only thing she said is she would come back and redo some cleaning I politely turned down the offer. I would like half of the cleaning price back and plumbers fee. I explained I understand accidents happen but this is why she has a licenses and is insured. I have not heard back from her I gave her 24 hrs I don't appreciate the fact the jobs were not done, she had her father in my house, now not taking responsibility for breaking my shower head arm out of the wall. She did send me $17 back for the shower arm.
