Retaliatory Loan Denial based on below events: - I did miss a couple of calls but never intentionally, but they assumed and acted as if otherwise. - I did miss an appointment...because 2 bulldogs were ripping my neighbors Retriever to shreds (I have proof from at least 4 separate sources including Ring camera footage from at least 2 houses. -When I did talk on the phone, it was the owner/agent that was going to work thru the process with me. Lacking any kind of control on his anger, he starts to berate me about not showing and not calling him on that day. I was stunned so finding words became difficult (sorry, I have MS) so I stuttered a lot and told him about the dogs and he bit back an audibly false "Fine." Asks "So now how can I help you". Out of shock I told him "I guess you can't" he says, with just absolute disdain in his voice "and why is that?" I told him that he was clearly angry (to which he lied and said he was not) and I didn't want another opportunity for this. He tried to tell me "I said 'Fine', like that was supposed to make me feel any safer to do business there. He talks needing the physical title, and I told him I didn't currently it (it is still in Izees shop). He said to give him a call when I have it call him back to finish the loan. But I didn't call back when I replaced the car. What I was trying to do was get a new car not just so I had a functioning vehicle but also for completing this without walls over the Jettas hangup. When I had the car and found something that I legitimately used to apply for the title, I messaged back.
