June 2022 until now- still a current issue I hired the company in June 2022 to fix an emergency plumbing problem because stool was coming up from my basement bathroom. The wrote up a contract and said they could fix the problem in June 2022 and still the same problem is not fixed and I've had so much hassle and disrespect from this company. The contract stated the job had to be paid in full within 30 days so I would think the job would be complete within 30 days. I believe they are causing more damage and have not fixed anything. They left a 8 foot deep hole I'm my front yard multiple times with out even informing me and they know every well I have a 2 yr old daughter at home. This is every unsafe and they left the job completely undone allowing all the draining from my house just sitting in my front yard. I was left with anxiety and unable to do laundry at my house all summer because everything draining from my house gets stuck in my basement and causes my toilet to come up from my bath tub and nothing to work properly. When the told me they could fix the problem in June by the middle of July it was broke again. They had no urgency to fix the pipe that was under warranty because they didn't do it properly the first time. I was still getting more damage in my basement and unable to use water in my house easily. Took weeks for them to come fix the job. They were a no call no show for appointments. I had to continue to call to find out what the plan was. Never did they call me to explain anything or respectfully update me. They damaged my copper water line and did not inform me of anything. I still have to continue to call them and ask for explanation. It is October now and I've tried to stay as calm and patient with this company as I can. I just want the job done currently without further damage. I am a single mother that has went over 6000 in debt to try to fix a plumbing problem. Nothing has been fixed and I'm worried about the more damage they have done.
