On Sep 27 structural pest was paid to do a terminate treatment to my house that day, provide me with a termite certificate and pour concrete to complete a previous project (which money for that project was paid before it was complete). After payment they said they had to do a survey of the house, dig up the ground around the step to pour the concrete and let it sit for 48 hours before completing the treatment and pouring the concrete. They did not say this before payment because I wouldn’t pay in full before project is complete. It is not Oct 8 and they are not responding to my texts or calls to come complete the project and they didn’t send a certificate so I don’t know if they even applied any termite treatment. I have a hole in my back yard and no idea how to resolve the repair. They can either complete the project or refund my money. The termite treatment was an additional 324, the previous project was concreting hole to prevent snakes from nesting which was 674
